um like wen you make your lineart to shade mode
how do you get all the like coloring done so that the colors is in all the lineart
( this ask might not make sense I know)

If youre usong sai there should be a little check box near the layers area called "protect alpha", if you check that then any coloring you do on that layer will stay only on whatevers on that layer specifically, in this case, the lines, you should then be able to color them like I do
