Note: I am not fully done thinking a story for this guy, so just bear with the details I slightly got down for now. a.k.a. I might change the storyline through out having this account.
Turbotime was such a hit back in the days, and everyone seemed to adore the racer. Once it was unplugged; and years went past a game known as Sugar rush was made. The creators had been working on a character to represent the racer that was such a huge hit back then; but in a more modern way. He was meant to be a playable character that was to race, but after the process the character almost seemed too out of place for the game. [[being the discolored skin, eyes, teeth, etc...]] This made it so that Peppermint Turbo was made, but there was no car that was included with him. Once the game was released; he was left to just stay in the game as a non playable character; nor is he able to make his presents known to the gamers when the game is played. But because of his code being fully in tact; he is not really considered as a glitch. But if a certain code is used during a race; he is able to enter during game plays. So now, Peppermint Turbo wonders around Sugar rush; gathering pieces of candy canes and scrap metal to make him self a car. Even if it always seems to end up as a failed attempt.
