# About me

Philip R. Rogers was born and raised in North Carolina. He was reared on the works of H.P. Lovecraft, Robert E. Howard, Ray Bradbury, the films of Vincent Price, Hammer Horror Movies, Ray Harryhausen, Buster Keaton and a heavy dose of horror comics like Creepy, Eerie and Vampirella. Philip is a member of the Association of Science Fiction and Fantasy Artists. His works have been commissioned for numerous private collections as well as publishers that include LBF Books, Horror Express Magazine, Tigress Press, Sultry Heat Press, Coscom Entertainment, Silver Lake Publishing, Tenoka Press, Dark Wisdom Magazine, Pill Hill Press, Library of the Living Dead Press, Library of Erotic Horror Press, Post Mortem Press and Chaosium Inc.

Philip lives with his wife Janet (a jewelry artist) who constantly inspires and encourages him. They share their home with a passel of cats and one skeleton affectionately called "Mr. Bones".
