Ah, they lasted a lot and did a LOT; so even if they retire soon, we´ll still have plenty of material from the robots.

oh, no, they DO end. But they take WAAAAY longer.
The only thing that never ends is work.
In fact, "Get Lucky" is officially about finding love, but Guy once said "we are lucky for being able to do what we want". I interpret The song to my favor, as in "we are up all night to the sun, we are up all night to get some, we are up all night to GET LUCKY", just as we stay up all night studying or practising art in order to some day be lucky enough to live out of that, or to do what we really want to do.
But again, that is the meaning I want to give to it.
