You can use them, just remember credit.
A little tip on the way. Be carefull of here you put the hairline above the headbands, as they should be visible there since the headband covers almost all of one's forehead and reaches the hair line.

You don't have to submit it, but you can't submit it to any other portal, like facebook, pintrest, tumblr and such
And as I can't see any current artwork I can't say if you may or may not use it
