alright ! well, to start off, i do believe that the colors you use are actually well blended with the background, with the background being grey-but, do consider the tone of the background, and how they would mix properly. with the orange, i do believe a bit of a lighter tone would help make it easier on the eyes, and i assume you're using MS Paint, which is a great start ! MS Paint has been shown to be able to pull some great detail. back to the color-i think there are certain color palettes on google images that you can search up to try to match up with the background colors. i understand if you're a starting artist, coloration is hard, especially when in the earlier development kind of stage. with the background, i do suggest giving a bit more detail instead of that soft grey. maybe try to add some shading, and a few more ruin like details!
now, with the topic of MS Paint, I do suggest using the pencil tool, or trying out a new program like FireAlpaca (which is what i currently use) that could help you color in those gaps the normal paint tool on MS Paint has. but, that's just some advice i have! FireAlpaca does have the option to use Layers, which will help you with coloring and shading in the long run of your beginning art career!
with the situation of the anatomy, i do like how you're drawing your own circles instead of using the circle tool, but i do think a tiny bit more care could be used with the heads, as well as bendy's horns. they're a bit thicker than they should be, but this is easily fixable ! try making them a bit shorter, and making where his cheeks are a bit more shorter and round. i do enjoy the expressions, especially flowey's when he's shooting the friendliness pellets towards bendy, and i can tell that bendy is really shocked. but, that's all i really have to say ! thank you very much for reading this. <3
