Yep I can use clear beads! When I make something that has a lot of clear in it I use a special thread called fireline and its more of a frosted crystal color than white like my standard thread. You can still see the thread running through it but it's less noticeable like this heart container pixelosis.deviantart.com/art/H… . If I'm ever just doing a couple of clear beads in order to make the loop at the top of an item I just use my regular white thread and its still not too bad pixelosis.deviantart.com/art/H… . Other times I need to use clear in order to extend a color put from the side ( I can't just make one bead pop out of a piece on the left or right, there always has to be at least one bead below or above it.)But if something were to ever look funky I'd let you know my thoughts and suggestions on it before I went ahead and made it. Oh and I was wondering if you ended up wanting to place an order was there a specific time you needed it by? I'll be selling at an extremely large convention of over 65,000 attendees and I'm in the first row towards the front so I'm starting to panic about my inventory levels. But if you needed it in time for a birthday or special event I'll totally make it for you right away no worries!

Very great to read that you're able to do the jewelry with clear beads!  Apologize by the way for the delay in response, and definitely not a problem because it's no rush and not for a soon birthday.    Excited and glad to hear though that you have such an awesome convention coming up!  And for sure wish you the best in getting your inventory stocked up and all the luck for sales during!    I'll keep in contact with you in the upcoming few weeks and pick out some sprites.    Take care, and good luck again to you!

Hey there! Sorry about the disappearance! I kinda neglected all my websites after Emerald City Comicon because I sold out of nearly everything at the show and offered customers free shipping if they placed an order at the show. So I've been filling prepaid orders this whole time but I'm nearly done now! If it's not to late and you still wanted me to make a custom order for you I can start on whatever you'd like right after I finish these last two orders!

Greetings Pixelosis!  Definitely not a problem at all, though I'm very pleased to read you sold out at your convention booth!  That seriously freaking rocks and especially being that you got more orders right away!  At the moment some things have been very hectic and funds a little shorter than usual, so it may be another week or few before I can order a piece from you.  Though I will for sure be having you create something for my Sister soon and upcoming!  Thinking something Bubble Bobble since it was our favorite game together growing up.  ;D

Hello! Many of the beads I use are a completely solid color of glass inside and out. But it seems that in order to obtain shades of these solid colors Miyuki has some sort of dye they put over the solid colored beads. It can only be seen in some of the colors I use like this particular shade of purple pixelosis.deviantart.com/art/H… where if you look very closely you can see slightly darker flecks of color. When I end up breaking these flecked beads the inside core is always a little bit lighter of a color. I personally I have not had an issue with with colors changing or fading over time, but then again I do not wear jewelry everyday because I work in a bakery and jewelry is not permitted. It is probably possible that these dyed colors may eventually rub off with extended wear to show the inside color of the bead but I have not had anyone tell me this has happened to them. If you ask because you were interested in purchasing something then I can let you know which pieces have these dyed beads and which ones are solid colors. I'm looking at them all now and there are only a few of them that contain beads that exhibit that dyed look. As far as changes due to sun exposure I'm not sure of that either. I have a Link as a rear view mirror charm but we hardly get sun in Washington. I'm sure if I lived back in Florida though the vividness of my little Links colors may eventually fade, but so did the colors of anything I left sitting too long on the back seat or dash board. I know I really wasn't able to answer your questions but I hope that helps.
