but in the meantime, heres a part that i only tell people i normally just teach a way for your brain to learn faster with body shapes and let your style flow is contour drawing, which is drawing a drawing you've seen by looking at it rather than tracing it. it helped me do it in 4 short years right now i'm teaching my little protedge Meriadie this so maybe you could talk to her about it too

i suggest you start off slow, doing on thing at a time. so like, try practice drawing face shape and then work up to body and then the stuff on the face
