if you're talking about stuff like this manjiluo.deviantart.com/art/Ak… it's called anthro or furry artwork. basically, some people wish to draw something other than plain-jane humans, so they may sometimes (or ALL the time) draw characters that are more animalistic in appearance, or that have animal traits/features/characteristics to them.

"furry" can generally apply to any anthropomorphic character with animalistic traits. it mostly just depends on the viewer's preference and point-of-view.

however, between the two, there exist finer lines that some people could easily argue over. "Feral" artwork, or artwork of actual animals, whether they have human characteristics to them or not, could be considered furry art. This is widely drawn, and due to some of the popularized fallacies relating to furries and furry fandom in general, some people that draw animals would staunchly deny they are furry artists. Examples of this would be stuff like pokemon artwork, an actual drawing of a wolf or a fox, or even my little pony stuff manjiluo.deviantart.com/art/TH… though anyone can easily add their own personal flair to any of this if they wish to use it creatively as an OC www.deviantart.com/art/Feral-3… (a popular example of this might be Kyuubei from Madoka Magicka)
So if we look at feral as 100% animalistic, and human as 0%, Anthropomorphic could kind of be technically considered a middle ground of sorts. Around this middle ground you have Kemono art and Kemonomimi:
Kemono art is a style of japanese character drawing that focuses more on a cuter, anime-esque design and look to the characters. Popular examples of Kemono style art can be seen in the the Studio Ghibli film Pom Poko (which follows around a clan of Tanuki), as well as several Don Bluth films (specifically, The Penguin and the Pebble and The Secret of NIHM). It should be noted that Don Bluth movies sometimes show a difference in Kemono style versus actual feral style characters in art based on their personalities. Some of the more sophisticated characters, ones that act with a clear motive and may be both protagonists and antagonists, can be sometimes drawn as Kemono style. However, Don Bluth films tend to show characters that are a bit more wild and untamed as actual feral creatures, such as the cat in The Secret of NIHM and the majority of the characters in All Dogs Go to Heaven. While this is a clear trend, it does not detract from their intelligence or wisdom on any level: the Great Owl in NIHM is encountered as a wise, but dangerous sage; while all of the characters in All Dogs Go To Heaven show their personalities clearly and effectively despite being on all fours for a good chunk of the film. Thus, I tend to see Kemono style art as a sort of middle ground between Anthropomorphic furries and feral creatures.
Kemonomimi art is a japanese style of character drawing that focuses on more humanesque traits. This is incredibly easy to spot, and is popularly seen as japanese Catgirls (Nekomimi) and dog girls (inumimi). Kemonomimi is basically just a human hybrid with any animal or creature type, with an emphasis and focus on a human body as opposed to an animalistic one. If Manji was not enough, popular examples would be Felicia of Darkstalkers fame fav.me/d4exz5f and Aisha Clanclan from the anime Outlaw Star fav.me/d2hxw1s . Kemonomimi could be considered a middle ground of sorts between Anthro furries and humans.
