I get what you mean but please understand this. Im part of a group that does zootopia fan art and in the rules it is stricktly forbidden to enlarge/shrink characters . Sorry but i wont risk my membership for uploading such stuff. I do apologise.

Nick as the same height as Judy (being he's now equal in height to judy, he'll only wear his now oversized and baggy shirt which will drape his physically shrunken body though his tail and feet will poke through - and his now oversized tie) dating Judy in a comic

hello! thank you for the praise and yes i do . although i ve got some atm , i dont mind taking one more but you will have to wait until i finish those who came before you. whats on you mind? reply with a note if possible. also i will make an announcement on my page about when i`ve got free time to draw. sadly i`m working a lot and it has nothing to do with art. Monday and Tuesday is usually when i can sit down and live for my hobby hence those are my day offs . wed-sun i work all day. so i mean dont be afraid if it could take a week for me to finish requests . i wont forget it.

So basicaly you want the shrinking happen in these 3 pictures? Like:
1, picture :normal height
2. Picture shrink nick a bit
3. Picture: nick shrunk to judys height but the clothes are now far too big for him right?

the catch is Nick is now physically shrunk to Judy's height with him wearing only his now oversized and loose fitting shirt and oversized tie (with tail and feet visible)
