My only question is this. HARPG refused me registration because they assumed I trace the lines to my work when I don't. Would that cause any penalties to me in this registration?

No...Just cuz it looks that way doesn't mean it is. We won't be spending hurs trying to find an image you may or may not have traced over. A long as they are new lines that have never been used before, you will be fine. ^^

The genetics, the showing, EVERYTHING. I can come up with some horse markings and colors, and names, but that's about it.

Genetics you can just give me the link to each horse and I'll tell you their genetics in the comments. All you need to provide is what they can create through foals. I can make stuff up for fantasy horses too. That way you can learn as you go and I will provide notes with each so you can learn on the go as you add them. I did this with another member, *Black-Rose-Farm , and she caught on fairly quickly.
