Have you thought of the idea of making a pregnant Elizabeth? Not as something excessively fetishized, or incestuous, or anything, but a soft, 8-9 month pregnant mother-like Elizabeth watching a sunset.
I got the idea after reading about how the Virgin Mary is often depicted as being pregnant with Jesus in religious artworks. Since Elizabeth is hailed as the semi-religious Lamb of Columbia, making her "The Mother of Columbia" who will give birth to future lambs would seem like a logical progression of that. It might make a good Easter work.
