That's hard work, but a very noble service. My grandma is currently working as a carer and my mum has been a career before. Not doing too bad and nothing much new with me really to be honest aside from my political activism. Though hopefully the new year will bring a change for me as after Christmas I'll be looking to change jobs.

I've only been part of the one demonstration, but it was an interesting experience.

I've done a few small demos and the one large one, which was the recent NHS demo in Manchester outside the Tory party conference. I'm involved with a few groups and I try to be as active as I can be. I'm a bit of a political animal, hehe.
If you fancy getting involved in another demo, the fascist EDL scum are gonna being holding a national demo in Exeter and me along with other people and groups are organising a counter-demonstration to celebrate the city's diversity and to send a clear message that the EDL and their fascist propaganda have no place in Exeter. If you're interested in coming along, PM me or on facebook and I'll send you the details. The bigger the turn-out we have the better.
