Oh my gosh, I went to your capstone! It was amazing, as were your art components. And congrats on the popularity of your pony icons! What a coincidence, found you first! (We're both in 8th grade. Well, technically 9th grade now, but whatever.)
I just wanted to say I was in animation class while you were practicing your capstone back in March(?) and the part that you cut out about not feeling like you've accomplished anything really struck a chord with me. Both of my friends practically glared at me while you were speaking, saying "Well who does that sound like?!?". But yeah, your capstone was just really inspirational. I was left kind of speechless haha. <3

I can't express how much you saying this meant to me. I haven't really been able to figure out how to respond, and I'm so sorry. I've kept the comment in my notifications, waiting to figure out what to say. I am so happy that you felt a connection to what I was saying. That was my goal! I know when I was going through highschool I felt really alone, and it didn't seem like most people related to the struggles I was having. Which I know now, many people did. I'm glad you were inspired, and I hope it stuck with you. My friends give me a hard time as well when I say I feel like I haven't done anything, haha. But it's a good thing. If we can't see what we've accomplished, at least we have other people to remind us. Those are good friends, they had reason to be glaring!

When I was in middle school, the upper classmen were much more connected with the lower grades. Seniors practically took middle schoolers under their wing. Which helped all of us get through all the hard times school had in store for us. I'm sad that doesn't really happen anymore. :/
