Things to know:
≫While General enjoys interacting with people inside and outside of Repliforce, he still has a very important job to do. If you want to talk to him, you'll either have to make an appointment, catch him when he's out on one of his (rare) walks, or maybe some other way. General also has a specific time of day where he allows members of Repliforce to speak freely to him.
≫Talk about the Repliforce war around General at our own risk. Mentions of the event tend to stir up all kinds of painful memories and negative emotions. Please treat this subject with care if you don't want an angry/upset/depressed General on your hands.

It seemed calm at first on one of your usual nights out before you heard a soft crying in the distance, which was abnormal...

*General had scarcely heard the sound over the crunch of the gravel path underfoot. He stopped and listened for a moment, trying to confirm if he was hearing right. When he listened closer, he was sure he could hear someone crying nearby... He cautiously followed the sound, stepping as quietly as he could. He didn't want to alarm the owner of the voice.*

*it seemed that they couldn't hear him anyways and as the crying got louder, you saw the same girl you had seen before, yet she was as happy as she had been before. Her voice sounded raspy like she had been sobbing for hours, curled with her knees tucked to her chest. Her hair covered most of her face, and the darkness didn't make viewing her better.*

"I see..." *General looked around the area briefly.*
*As he stepped closer to her, the moonlight revealed more of his features.*

*General wasn't sure if he should try to get her to talk or not. He of all people knew what it was like to have something sensitive that he'd rather not speak of... He paused for a moment in thought.*

*General thought for a moment before continuing.*
"Would... Would you be willing to talk to me about it?" *He said in a gentle tone.*

"... Heh... Haven't heard anyone offer that in a while... It's... refreshing to hear...." *she sniffled a little and became a little calmer, softening her previously hoarse tone*

"Not really... I live alone... for now. My.. uh... husband get back at 5 a.m.... So for now, I don't have anyone to speak to. Well, except you since you kindly offered."

*it took her a moment to speak as she was slightly choked up* "... I.. I lost someone close to me recently... ... Usually, I wouldn't have such compassion since this is a Maverick... But this one was a really nice person... We were as close as family.... But... dammit...." *she pressed her face into her hands in despair, her voice trailing of into a gentle sob*

*For a brief moment, anger began to well up in General's heart. He remembered how during the war, he had lost everyone he loved because of their plans. In a way, he saw that Reila was suffering from something similar... Still... General knew that despite all the tragedy he had faced, not one of his friends had experienced the horror of going maverick.*
*General calmed himself before speaking. Anger was the last thing he needed right now.*
"You have my deepest sympathies." *He began, respectfully.*
"I...know what it is like... to lose someone close." *He quickly glanced away as he spoke.*
*His words came out a bit hesitantly. This was a subject he'd usually try his best to avoid bringing up...*

*she let out a short sigh before she could compose herself again* "... Everyone has lost at least one thing in their life... For some, it might be a simple keychain or a pocketbook. Yet for others, it's much more significant... A leg, a sensation.. and sometimes themselves.... It's devastating, nonetheless... Yet, for some reason... I always noticed how hard it is for me to get over these.. incidents.... I never go a day in my life without thinking about all I lost... And with what happened today, it just.... I crashed... again... I'm losing people left and right, they drop like flies... It's almost coincidental in a way.." *she tried keeping her tuft of hair from leaving the right side of her face, despite it being drenched with tears*

"...Sometimes terrible things happen... But I believe that with each painful trial we face, there is always something we learn from it... even if we do not realize it at first."

This happened before... and she taught me one of the most valuable lesson that I had ever learned.... I still keep it in the back of my mind every day of my life... Just wish I could truly uphold it without forgetting my morals or losing my temper every day.... Maybe this was the one to truly change my outlook on life..? I won't know for sure..." *she loosened the knot on the scarf and unraveled it from around her neck, just to hold it and smooth her thumb over the microfiber while teardrops fell onto it and rolled off without leaving a stain*

*General looked up at the stars in recollection.*
"Even though he has been revived, I can never forget how it felt to lose him... It was when I had received the news of his death, that I realized how alone I was..." *General's whiskers lowered slightly for a moment.*
*General caught himself before he could reveal any more of his innermost feelings.*
"I...Apologize if I am being unhelpful." *He turned his attention back to the ground.*
((I noticed that even though General doesn't like to talk about the Repliforce War, he sometimes references it in an attempt to show empathy. He's probably lived 6 years or less, so it's one of the only things he has to go by.))

"No... You're fine.... I'm glad you got your friend back, I really am... I wish I could get mine back... She's long gone... and though it hurts, I think I should be glad that I still have friends that are alive again... like you..." *I was faced towards the ground myself, raising my head up a little* "Gives me a little more incentive to stay in commission, ya know..." *a small shy grin appeared on my face*

((Sorry for the hiatus. I had a bit of trouble continuing this RP because I felt like I wasn't doing my best. My characterization must be on point at all times, and if I feel like it might have been even a little off, I feel guilty about it. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to this sort of thing.

Last time I stayed out, I was made into a bionic snowman... or woman... doesn't matter, point was I got covered in a mound of snow, and I never heard the end of it. Where do you suggest we go for warmth?" *she looked up for a response, her eyes gaining their usual glimmer back*

"Hm... Repliforce Headquarters is not too far from here. Perhaps we could go there?"
*Personally, General would rather return to his own home because it was one of the few buildings he could (comfortably) fit inside of.*

((I've realized that I get stuck for different reasons now. It seems like I have no problem figuring out what my characters should say anymore, but I think it's just that sometimes I feel like I've screwed something up and I get too nervous to continue... UNTIL NOW.))
