Seborga is a daring, carefree, and clumsy young fellow, who likes flirting, and hot ladies He doesn't cook very well, and would often ask for help from Veneziano. Though he declared independence from Italy, he still hangs out with both of the Italian brothers, and even claims to be part of Italy, too.
As said earlier, hot ladies are what Seborga likes. He mostly flirts with Monaco. He has a small crush on Wy, and wants to make a pass on her when they grow up.
