Awww, I think it's good to have a variety of different content to draw. I know what you mean though, I draw so little fan art myself, I want to do more to show my love for some of my favorite series but it's hard to make the time for it!

It's true. I just hope the people who followed me for my Zelda art aren't tired by my Star Wars phase right now haha.

I have the opposite problem. I draw a ton of fanart, but my original art is either unfinished or unpublished because I'm scared of sharing my ocs XD. And even with fanart, I have so many drawing for different fandoms I want to do, but it doesn't seem to be enough time in the world to do them!

Aw, yea! Maybe you could just slip in some little sketches of your OCs now and then hehe. Joining rp groups on DA has made like all my art OCs-only, and I always wind up prioritizing my for-fun art to be around groups. I'm trying to work on that though, and make more time for fan art and stuff that isn't for a "purpose," or a group deadline. Art just takes too long to make lol!

I feel all that lol I've had to strictly schedule time for video games and stuff, and I'm still so bad at holding to it XD;; My "work" hours always wind up a few hours later than I want lol
