Wow that sucks. It wasn't your fault at all I agree. She should have payed better attention, give you a refund (or another yote for like 30$ if not for free), and stop being a greedy ho. Of course I didn't read all of what you said about her, I mostly just skimmed but from what I can tell that was incredibly unfair and stupid. She had no excuse to act immature either.

I submitted a form to the Internet crime complaint center. They'll likely just tell PayPal to make her refund me but I've heard of them getting law enforcement involved on larger cases.
Basically PayPal said at first that there was nothing they could do, then when I threatened with the above they said I can try to appeal for a manual complaint. They took so damn long to get back to me that I just went ahead and did this. I know that with PayPal, after they tell you they aren't going to do anything about something, they aren't going to do anything about it.
