If you want a DevID, then you need to upload a picture with a width equal to or less than 700 pixels in width. Submit it as a deviation and choose the category deviantArt Related -> deviantID.
Then on your home page. Click the 'Edit' button next to deviantID and select the picture. Hope that helped.

This is the first year I didn't cosplay, and it was a very bad mistake. Made the whole experience much less fun. It's a shame. But at least now I know to cosplay at all future conventions!
