As a BJD fancier, I'm what seems like one of the rarer ones who does not already have plans for dolls before they arrive. I prefer to let them tell me who they are: their pasts, their hobbies, their likes and dislikes and so forth. So in a way, I'm not much more than just a stranger who comes upon them like you had just come upon them as you read this. Only, their lives from here on are recorded through me to better share with you.

Although not entirely the most family-like as a group by appearance or name --since each of them are of their own world, universe or timeline-- they share the commonality of having stopped here and with that, no doll is left behind.
