I'm alright, thanks. No floods, but we had some damage from storm Ciara; One of the chickens almost got crushed by the roof of their own house, I barely avoided getting seriously injured by it in 90mph winds while fixing that.

Oh jeez tell me about it! Them winds were a nightmare! Its terrible to hear about your chicken almost getting crushed, I would have had an heart attack (I never knew you owned chickens!) 
Luckily we live up high, so the floods we never get, wind however, never heard them so strong before.

Well, she got spooked by it (Obviously), but none of them were actually injured. The main concern was them being carried off by the wind, for they wouldn't have had a chance x.x (4 hens, 1 very friendly rooster ) Didn't even hesitate with getting my shoes on & running out the door.

Pretty sure that's our deal as well; UK's geography is weird all over. Good to hear that nothing like the destruction in wales happened near you.

No surprise there, oh boy I had the same fear with my cat! (Have a high wall so its roughly 15 feet drop ) 
Aww we had a friendly rooster, he would let the others pile under him x'D Damn I miss having chickens.

Hopefully, the stuff with the weather is passing. As you say, it's still been troublesome, and I hear it's still going on in some parts, but it's also looking like it's easing up. No more trouble for anyone or their pets, though I'd hope most cats & dogs would be smarter when they see what it was like out there This household's cat certainly was. She took one look outside, and you could tell she was thinking "Eeerrr I'm good".

Now, we've just got this virus business to worry about. That, and people being absolute morons about it.

Y'know, it's really funny watching Blueboy (The rooster), run up to you every single. One hen always follows him around, the other will at least check out what's going on, and the other 2 look at the rest as if they're mental x3 Whoever says that chickens don't have personality has clearly never even seen one before. I love 'em all

Well now apparently we have another storm here, not sure if it will go all way down south. Haha our dog is the same, if she needs to go she will go near the door (outside) but my cat... She is a different story.
Tell me about it! I know its a serious matter but really?! Stock hording!? Why the hell are people stocking up on toilet roll, I really don't understand that. I've always been annoyed by people coughing/sneezing out in the open instead of covering it up.

Wow what a name xD Roosters are pretty awesome, they say if they find a treat they will call the hens over so they can have it. That they do! We used to have some fluffy silkies which were so afraid of everything, they'd stay near each other and of course near the big chicken. Watch out for foxes, thats what got ours.

Yes, Coke has amazing corrosive powers!!! Someone at work was talking about that fairly recently, and made the observation that it's actually kind of worrying that we put Coke INSIDE of us...
Progress in life... Well, I've been exercising regularly for about 2 1/2 months, so I feel better lately!

That it does Eh well we all have corrosive acid in our stomachs anyway so why not add to it? But yes I think it becomes null once it comes into contact with our acid.
