OC-Training Round 11 Contest Raffle Announcement!Congratulations to all the graduates of :iconoc-training:'s Round Eleven!
What an incredible 100 days we all had!
What characters and awesome creators we all had the fantastic opportunity to meet and learn about!
As befits the hallmark of her kingdom, in pure Noxian fashion and hospitality, Queen Tamsybe declares she and her kingdom will treat the members of this round to a "generous" (What does she mean by that term?Β ) raffle.
Furthermore, although she regrets not having met and formed allies/friendships with this Round's crew of characters, she extends invitations for all interested members to visit the Noxian Kingdom as well.
Not wishing to be outdone by her rival and recently-formed opponent, Lord Frost, Queen Tamysbe will be increasing the number of winners in her Contest Raffle from Lord Frost's original 4, to 5, in this Contest Raffle.
She will also be enlisting one of her court artists to als's untimely delay, each non-winning entrant will receive either 10 (ten) dA points or a free critique on a piece of their choosing, to each entrant's preference.,
