Oh hey! It's been so long, I hope you're well. ^^

Gosh, I've been... up, down, all around, stressed and inspired... I nearly have a second job, because of money struggles, but although it was brought on by fear, it became a rather swift triumph, and I can say with confidence that I'm EXCITED for it!

A rather unpleasant bout of drama pulled that emotional maneuver where you... feel healed, but your heart is still pretty tender over things, so for awhile I was pretty depressed and everything seemed impossible to handle... But I tackled it, I've moved on, and with the second job right around the corner (it's this place called Chipotle, which has an IMMENSELY energetic and positive atmosphere!), things are looking up, fortunately. UwU

Hey there! ^^

It's cool to hear from you again, I'm glad you haven't forgotten about me. /^w^\

Life has been treating me pretty well. Rough patches have sprung up every now and again, as they always inevitably will... But the biggest news lately is that I've moved out from the family home and moved in with my mother - that was about a year ago... (There were tons of problems with miscommunication, credit transfers [all over one stupid BioChem class XP], paperwork... Gah. I ended up not transferring into the school I wanted to (because I hadn't even gone into any classes and it was a bad experience), so I accidentally took a year off college. Which sucks when you really really love college and you didn't even have a job to save up money from so you don't feel like you're wasting your time...

But I started working at PetsMart a couple months ago, and the job has been AWESOME! I'm in Pet Care so I get to take care of the animals in the store and answer peoples' questions about the pets I know so well. (Rabbits, birds, reptiles, other small animals - I've learned a LOT about taking care of fish, too. o.o) As a lover of animals, someone genuinely built for customer service (with a world of patience and love for explaining and helping people), and with Veterinary Technician as my chosen career, it's absolutely the perfect job for me. :}

Also, my face-to-face best friend and I now have our plans to move out; we know where we want to move into, we've gone to visit the place and it looks GREAT, and I just absolutely can not WAIT to move in! Independence, release from parental worries, the apartments are in the Metroparks so it's a LOVELY area and I'm so INCREDIBLY excited to take this step...!

...Plus, I'll be moving back to my hometown, the only place I've ever lived. :} The only place I trust, with the people and places I know and understand. I just missed it so BADLY lately - and gods, did I miss the suburb quiet. Living in the city has been a mild stressor, occasionally a TERRIBLE experience when it's too loud and overwhelming and I don't really trust anybody outside... so not even a walk in the (teeny, tiny) woods truly refreshes me anymore...

So, yeah. There's so much to look forward to, and life seems to be treating me very well. :}

I hope things have gone half as well for you. /^w^\
