She has stolen art from a friend of mine and is selling her charactor and ruining her name saying shes tracing when she has shown proof many times over she has not. If rayasnow wants to ruined my friends life this way then im ruining hers because i have the back up and proof i need to do so. Her profile picture is also stolen it belongs to my friend

..... what exactly don't you understand ? it doesn't matter what is paid nor what is credit. you had content that was given to you WITHOUT the artist's permission. it still belongs to the original artist, and not you. i'm very sorry you were scammed, but now you're scamming, as well. you will be banned if you don't return the characters. is that what you want?

I returned the originals and i havnt used the ocs fetish prince made for me though honbestly by law once they gave them to me they are mine but is fine i made my own character just with same colors so is fine

as long as you didn't blatantly steal the exact designs then, okay, thank you. the issue was that he didn't give them to you, his designs were stolen by someone else, who then sold them to you unrightfully. it wasn't your fault, as you didn't know that they were stolen, but you were difficult in regards to needing the designs back. IF you had his permission, then, yes, they would have been 'yours'. But, they never truly were, because you were scammed by someone who never had his permission. As long as you understand.Β
I do also hope that you have genuinely apologized to him, because this likely stressed him out a lot, and he doesn't need that. Please apologize directly to him (and sincerely, at that) if you have not, already.

The original design of the first character didn't have pink hair. It only appeared that way due to the saturated colors. I made redesigns that looked completely different to the first characters. The original didn't have black hands, ect. Only the redesign did, so you made redesigns of my redesigns, which I stated, was NOT allowed.
