I'll be honest, you have a lot to work on;the grammar, anatomy, and the viewpoints. Some of the clothings looks good. What I like best about this is the backgrounds and the special effects. But after that you pretty much need more improvement. The storyline was alright I wasn't impressed by it but it was okay(it could be better). If you are planning to make a next volume I suggest first thing, create a funny, action-pack(not so much really) themed storyline, then match the scene with a good setting(ex: most fights might be in a deserted place from what I see the most), and very important-the grammar. After that you should work on the way you draw your characters. Create different moods and personality based on their main facial expressions. For ex: Ichigo has a calm/serious face which describes his personality and separates him from other characters from bleach. Something to assure not messing up two characters is to have a large vocabulary of faces; in your book I had a hard time understanding who was which because they all look pretty much alike so, work on that. I like all your drawings, and every one of them has awesome shading, but I just feel like each one of the anime drawings has the little something off. Like, either the face if awkward or the hair...it just looks ....a tiny bit deformed - -.
