Ratchet/Medic Red Alert (TFAnimated), Ratchet/Flareup (Ratchet shouldn't be with any others) Bumblebee/Arcee, Shockwave/Red Alert (TFAnimated), Perceptor/Moonracer, Knockout/Arcee (Prime)

My favorite Cannon Couples in Anime:
Luna/Artemis (Sailor Moon), Koga/Ayame (Koga should only ever be with Ayame), Roy Mustang/Riza Hawkeye, Sesshomaru/Kagura (him with Kagome or Rin is just wrong) Miroku/Sango, Minako (Venus)/Kunzite (Malachite), Rei (Mars)/Jadeite

McCoy/Chapel

My favorite Cannon Star Trek Couples:
Riker/Troi, Spock/Uhura (2009 movie) - hopefully there will be a McCoy/Chapel pairing eventually in the near future and future films...it would be nice if she was shown in the first one...
