No. Well, yes, but I'm also trying to leave concrit reviews on most of the things I read. It takes...a lot of time. Once I know how someone will jump, I can loosen up, but if I'm reviewing someone's work for the first time, I always try to be as polite and courteous as possible. I want to HELP, after all, not drive people away or piss them off.
Ah, you've not read the other reviews then. I've been leaving advice for Hex on "Seek Out The Light". And pointing out errors.

Thank you so much. You remember how Vincent was having monster problems in the original? The plan was always for Nero to get rid of them, but I had trouble seeing how he could possibly want to help Vincent out rather than killing him. So basically... I have to trick him into it.
In essence, I need a reason for him to help a "stranger" (I figured that if Vincent was in Hellmasker or Death Gigas form, Nero would be unlikely to recognize Vincent right off the bat). The most viable route that I can think of is some kind of information that he wants and can't get for whatever reason. I keep thinking that the only kind of information he'd want THAT badly is information on Weiss' whereabouts, but coming up with something that Nero would believe is somewhat tricky.
Any thoughts?

Genesis picked up Weiss at the very end of DoC. They HAD to go somewhere, but the question is WHERE? Even if they were flying, they'd have to go down eventually. Maybe someone could have seen them and manage to recognize Weiss? Maybe Vincent himself could have seen it since he tends to travel. He also seems to know everything anyway.
You're right that Nero wouldn't automatically believe anything Vincent would say(1. He's not stupid, and 2. He trusts very few people, if anyone), but if enough people were to give similar information, then he would at least check it out.
If confirmed that Weiss is in a particular area, then he certainly would go. Ultimately, he wants his brother pretty badly, so that can be played on, er, very carefully.

...Kind of. One of the problems is that if Nero were to get straight information, I'm not sure he'd hold up his end of the bargain - neither do I completely believe that he'd agree to help a stranger on the PROMISE of information. So it would have to be something that got his interest sufficiently that he'd go and help someone for the remainder of the information.
The OTHER problem is that - if at all possible - I want to avoid Weiss and Genesis being in NTL. Yuffie and Shelke are the ones doing the tricking (though they'll obviously have to use a proxy to do the actual talking to Nero), so 1) they don't actually know that Weiss has survived/that Genesis exists, 2) even if they did know, they'd want to avoid that kind of reunion at all costs. (My official reason is because I want Nero to stand on his own; the original reason is because I have no freaking idea what to do with them. >>
I'm probably making this harder for myself than I need to.

Why would Vincent need Nero's help to defeat monsters anyway? It's not like he doesn't have others to turn to. He certainly wouldn't trust Nero either. Yuffie certainly wouldn't.
As for Weiss/Genesis...hmm...I can understand that since it's always been interesting to think of what Nero would be like/be doing without his brother. It'd be pretty heartrending since they're very close.
