Hey there.

Looks like it will be a bit longer before I can release another build. Features more complex, plus I am on a different computer right now, so I am setting up all my files, realized I am missing some of my source code (forgot to copy it over)

Love your maps

my maps, MINE!...

I am due for a massive update on the fan region for Agate Blue. I may end up using your mapping software if I get board and lazy at the same time.

But... If i am gonna use your program, I will need params set in place for layering images... trees go over people and such.

I dont understand. What do you mean "massive update on the fan region for Agate Blue"?

Is that just images, website somewhere? Or updating a game map?

Layering:
If you use my program, well usually its tile area and item area.
The item area would self-layer based on the y-attribute (from the base of the image, not top left corner). You can see that in action in the rpg tet game with the tree and the signpost. BUT if you wanted to items above that ... I guess layering would than become useful.

I would be happy if you do use it. It would mean that it is not just a toy but a real tool that others actually use to create their own games

Yeah, I may... but i would have to actually think on placement of buildings and things and work from the center of towns out, or count ahead of time... Is your map expandable? (can we add land to it) if so... *tehehe* I will have to come up with a tilepackage.

I definetely would like to make it expandable. Easier to work with for now while its fixed

Nope!, much of this is old work from others that I am storing for inspiration.
