Most I can say for rules are no porn, I don't mine drawing nude characters, mostly females but I don't condone porn. (Mostly because I'm not very good at poses like that.)
But other than that not much.
Depending on what you would like, I could tell you how much it'll cost. As well as my paypal is in the description of the link above.
Like example, if you wanted to do a full body drawing, with line art, shading and background that's $25, with another character that's $50.
It depends on what style you want, chibi or my regular style, head, bust, half body or full body, sketch, line art, coloring and shading, and background.
So if you will send me a note of what you want I will tell you the price.
