Well, I'm in an actor's conservatory program, I did spotlight for a production of RENT, I'm in a show right now (for which I am getting paid) and I've been so busy that I've barely been sleeping in my own bed.

That's what survival careers are for. You have something else that you do in order to support yourself if your first choice gets a little slow. (I'm an actor...I kinda NEED a survival career XD)

Well, I meant as survival jobs. But those sound interesting (I can personally attest to how awesome acting is. 
I haven't seen West Side Story. I keep hearing about how awesome it is, I know the characters and plot, I just haven't seen a production of it.

I know. It is a gang Romeo and Juliet. It was adapted from that.
Apparently the original choreographer (Jerome Robbins) was not only terrifying (yet effective) some of the actors got numonia *sp?* from working on the filming because they shot "Cool" in a warehouse and it was freezing outside. So the dancers worked all day in the hot warehouse, went outside into the freezing weather, and ended up sick.

He did a lot more than that though. I just recently learned that he worked in collaboration with a lot of other famous dancers and choreographers on Broadway.
