Well, if you could do some sort of guide for how you do anatomy, that would help greatly, I cannot find one technique to make anatomy look good in my eyes, looking at many other's techniques helps me find what works for me.

Well, like, I can draw the body pretty well, I think, I just can't do poses right. I can't position feet or hands right with someone holding their knees to their chest, positions like that. I need help doing basic positions.
