Hi there! I don't really know how to say this but I appreciate your work a lot especially since I'm a great fan of platformer, noir and steampunk myself. Platformers are particularly interesting due to their capability to convey both the width and depth of view through layering in such a minimalist style.

I know you have your own personal project. I'm thinking about realizing a story by myself for long and wish to (maybe) collaborate with artists to make it a comic or a video game. I really find your work most impressive(and also related). So may I ask whether you're interested in something like that?

Not just a glance. I've just read the entire story and I can say that it was very entertaining.

As you mentioned I'm working on my own project and while still I can make pixels in my spare time, aside of regular job, it would be really hard to maintain two big projects. On the other hand your idea matches my area of interest so I don't want to send you back empty handed.

Let's agree that when you gather rest of the team, including another pixel artist, we will return to this case and talk about the scope of my involvement in this project. I'm sorry that I can't offer you anything beyond that right now.

No need to say sorry. After all it's just a hobbyist plan. And I can't even guarantee a certain level of devotion myself.

You're right. It obviously takes more conspirators to launch this alleged 'project'. The hard part is to gather teammates both interested in and suitable for this.

I'll see what I can do and, if lucky enough, contact you later on this.
