Petshop of Horrors deals with a shop that sells animals to unsuspecting customers that could mean their dreams or their demise. A detective struggles to uncover the shops secrets.
The Tarot Cafe is good as well with beautiful Gothic artwork. I am a little bit of a sucker for anything tarot card themed. It is another sort series.
As far as artists I love Ai Yazawa too. From Paradise Kiss to Kagen No Tsuki. She has a fashion design like drawing style with beautiful clothes and stylish characters. Nana was a famous series of hers.

I have some manhwa of Tarot CafΓ© (the first 4 volumes) I like it! On the other Hand I love AI Yazawa especially Paradise Kiss but Nana makes me feel happy and sad because one of the Nana's (the punk one) change her mind and become weak in no time. And I hope she will be more strong. I a bit disappointed about Nana. However I like her style and her drawings. One thing doesn't mean that her work is amazing.
I'll have a look about Petshop of Horrors. Thanks for your advices! ^^
By the way have you read Model (other Manhwa) It's not my cup of tea, but it's not as bad as you can think.

I was looking at noveau works to get a feel for the style and I loved your character designs!
Yes. I have read most of her works. She is so wonderful! I haven't read Boys Next Door in years, but it was one of my favorites.

Thank you very much! I've got some people who fall in love with those works (And I think I have better works that them.... but you know the feels are like that! XD) However I like them, too.
Kaori Yuki is my favourite mangaka!!! I've read part of her work and I love it! *0* (in fact this summer I started to read the old ones (Boys next door, Devil inside, etc) Boys next Door was really interesting. However I prefer Angel Sanctuary. <3 I heard that Ludwig Kakumei was so amazing too. Have you already read it?

Yes! Its short buts its very good closer to being like her stories that Viz Manga put in the back of the Cain Saga. Its a modern setting and about a musician but has a thriller feel.Β Neiji: screw is good too (its more sci-fi based about a guy who wakes up after being cryogenetically frozen to find himself in the future) and so is gravel kingdom (a fantasy story set in the desert). I loved her artwork since Angel Sanctuary as well.

The other day I bought Grand Orchestra Guignol and I started to read! It's great! *0* One day I started to read her work, starting from the beginning, but unfortunately I had to stop due to I hadn't had enough time. But I want to keep reading again! Γ_Γ
In my country we only have Angel Sanctuary, Count Cain (All, the old one and the new - you know: God Child) and the Angel Sanctuary's Artbooks. Because the editorial who published thought that we didn't earn enough money and it was a waste of time and money. >___ Now I have to buy their manga in the UK (that I currently live) or read online. U_U

We have Angel Sanctuary, Count Cain (God Child too XD), the Angel Sanctuary Art Books, Fairy Cube and Grand Orchestra Guignol. I read the rest online. I have read the first volume of Grand Orchestra Guignol, I will have to read more before I decide how I feel about it I think. The UK does seem to get more manga (I live in the U.S.).

I've read some mangas from her by online too. I didn't know that you are from U.S. I want to read Fairy Cube. How do you thing? Is it a good manga? Do you recomend it?!

Resnick In reply to Kurai-Sawada [2014-01-25 01:26:33 +0000 UTC]
It was good. I like that's its only four volumes. Its a nicely contained story. It deals with both good fairies and very bad ones.

Wooo very interesting! I'd like to read online ^__^ But always I'm so busy! I need another live to spend time playing videogames, another to draw and paint, another to see films, anime and series and read books and mangas, and finally another to do sport and spend my spare time with my friends and familly. XDDDD I'm very demanding person! XD Do you recomend me other mangas from other authors?

I have had the flu the last three days... but it looks like my fever has actually broke for real this time. My roommates are adorable and have been taking really great care of me. I'll be home around Christmas.

[O A O]
That is just your luck to get the flu isn't it? But I'm glad that you're getting better and that your roomies are treating you well.
I will check out your blog and be all jelly and stuff.
btw, I demand a Jiro Wang for Christmas, bow optional. XDD (j/k j/k)
But seriously I do hope you feel better and that classes are going well, be sure to drink a lot of water and fluids so you don't dehydrate and die. *nods*

Hey, If you can find a nice folding fan, like of sandalwood or paper or something, that actually would be perfect, I would like something like that much more than a cd or poster to be honest. Or anything that has a cultural significance, even if it's like a chi dog phonecharm. -easy to shop for-

Awesome! Wonderful!!! =DDD make sure that you don't get sick again girlie~! Also more food photos on that blog of yours~ XD also you should look into getting a tumblr, if you don't have one already that is, it's a wonderful waste of time for sure but there's some really cool stuff on there.
Dude totally!! We would have done it that weekend you were free before your folks came up, but that was the weekend I was upnorth near Traverse City~! >__< Drat!
So totally when you get back we can geek out OH! ALSO! You can read the Hawkeye comics I've been collecting!! They're totally awesome!!!! Not that I'm a huge Hawkeye fan or anything (totally a huge hulk fan for obvious reasons) but i really love the style and story and it's jut right up my alley and stuff. =:3 So Those keep me happy as a clam, and the third one comes out tomorrow(Wednesday) on the Third, so I'm gonna go pick it up and stuff, though I should call Comic Relief and ask to have one reserved so it's not like when I went to get Hawkeye 001 and 002. (Yep, this has been my bubble for the past like... six plus months.)

Resnick In reply to TheTransientTako [2012-10-03 03:13:04 +0000 UTC]
You could start doing pulls with them. That way you pick up your Hawkeyes whenever you can.

TheTransientTako In reply to Resnick [2012-10-03 17:21:08 +0000 UTC]
That would actually be a wise idea.... and I wouldn't have to like take a rain check on the comic when I go up and it's already sold out like what happened with issue one and two. XD
Though I'm not sure how many issues are going to be in this run of Hawkeye... I hope a lot cause they're awesome~!!
So I'll do that when I go up... whenever that is maybe later today or tomorrow sometime. *shrug* my sleep schedule is broken~ x__x;;;
