You realize the SPCA doesn't do anything with your money? It's the same with the Red Cross and other foundations. The Red Cross reported to have over 8 billion dollars in donations that they can't even use, and this was during the Japan tsunami. The SPCA is also a corrupt organization that has public admitted that they KILL over 90% of the animals they "rescue" every single year. They put them down because no one will take the animals - and donating money isn't going to save their little furry hides. You can't make people take pets.
Slugbox probably knows this. It's just ridiculous. And starving artist my ass, Slugbox took the easy way out if they are making a career out of drawing naked chicks. Tits and ass sell and any horny guy on the internet is going to buy it. They should have no problem making it. They don't need to lure you into buying it from them with plugs for donating a few cents to a corrupt organization. It sounds "good" on the outside, but in reality is far from it. You really think they are handing the SPCA the 5 dollars anyway? How do we possibly know they do it? Are you going to keep tabs on them and make sure the 30 cents from your commission goes to them? Probably not. It's a marketing scheme.

What happens to the money people donate? that goes to food and things for the spca to take care of the animals, i never said Slugbox had to adopt an animal. As along as the spca has money and donations for food the animals they are able to eat. No im not going to keep tabs on people and yeah Slugbox maybe did take the easy way out, sex sells and everyone knows that. At least slugbox is trying to make a living and if he says he's donating i take his word. What do you do with your 20 dollar commission money? Live off of it? Donate it? Save it? do you even donate? donating something is better then nothing

I'd much rather feed my own kids than some dying animal in a shelter across the country. Like I said, the SPCA puts over 90% of their animals down every year because people don't ADOPT them. We have TOO many animals on our planet to look after, plain and simple. It's the problem with domesticated animals, because they can't just go live in the wild. People have to care for them, not put them away in a shelter in a cage until they die. Why would you want to support that? It's just stupid. Why should I put my family in danger by giving away my income to dying animals?

Why would you support the animals out there in the world where they can be abused, ran over by cars, and hungry? At least the SPCA is trying to do something, and also if your saying that the SPCA isnt all that because people dont adopt animals and changing your story to where they just die in a cage and not supporting it why did you say earlier that Slugbox should donate more then just 5%? and feed your own kids? good for you, im sure Slugbox has a small family to feed as well.

What? Don't you get it? Donating to the SPCA is pointless, ESPECIALLY in such a small amount. If he was donating all of it to them they might be able to do something with it to improve their pathetic organization. In other words, it's effing ridiculous for you to call me out and yell at me for not donating when I have a completely logical reason not to. The point is that Slugbox is using it as a sales pitch and luring people in with deceit. It's not a noble act, it's just stupid, and people put him up on a pedestal because he says he donating for ponies. It's propaganda and immature! He's suckering people into his sales with the "donate to charity" trick and anyone can see it's messed up. A "starving artist" can't afford to give money to charity anyways. I'd be more willing to commission him had he posted "USING MONEY TO FEED MY FAMILY", because then it's honest and not trying to trick you.

really? i didn't think i was yelling, i thought i was just talking? i never did anything that involved "yelling" over the computer. i don't think he's suckering anyone, people have been buying things from him for years so how does it all of a sudden make him suckering just by donating? and okay fine then think what you want i will think what i want.
