to submit poetry, you go to submit deviation and under "choose category" you choose literature and the you can select either poetry or prose.

and about the close up setting, the best thing to do with your camera is probably go with the close up setting and then like test the focus out: see how close you can get without it getting out of focus. i mean your not gonna get the best close up shots but theyll be decent. and you probably wont be able to get very close either because of the kind of camera and lense you have.
I can't even get that close with my lense because its just a regular one. to take really good close up shots you need a "macro" lense. but that would require you to get a new camera. unless you can take you lense off... i forget
so yea photography is a lot of money if you wanna get serious with it lol.

i would love to get serious about it though that would include saving up a shit load of money lol which my mum wants me to use to buy drivers ed and a car and what not. So eventually i'll get a camera with slr but for now mine gets the job done :) (Smile)

ok with the poetry thing i was like ahhh..how does this work cause it said it only accepts certain types of file so i was like what ever.

you shouldn't have to upload anything, you just just be able to type or copy and paste the writing into a big box.
