It doesn’t matter if You are editing them or not. Commissions belong to the people who paid for them. That’s why I’m asking you to take down the art you “edited” because you do not have the permission to use it.

Technically yes it is. Because someone paid for the art, it belongs to them. Nobody is allowed to use it except the owner.
