It surely has, Boxes which are sent out of Europe have several problems at the Customs (I've sent another box to a russian friend of mine, I'm worried about that too! XD), but.... but 4 month! Holy gosh, it's sweets, not anthrax! I've send sweets and a cool scarf with the Union Flag on it, just to mock her. English scarf for an american girl!

Italian and French people have a long fight about whose cooking is the best in the world in general! :'D Centuries of violent fights! Oh, she was curios? You told her that I'm a charming, splendid, awesome italian girl, don't you? ;D That nutty bar is called a Croccante ("crunchy" in english), it's a christmas sweet :3 Those Bonny torroncini are the best IMO, I've never liked them very much but those are great! Never tasted them before, I have to thank you 'cause with this box I could taste them! Aaaaah, Rossana are my drug. I would have put more of them if I had known you would have liked them so much! ;A;

Hahahah you only need to know two sentences in italian when you are a tourist. You have to recognize when a guy is telling "ciao bella" (hi beautiful) at you and you have to be able to ask is someone "parla inglese" (speaks english)! Being a tourist is very arousing for an italian guy, you and your sister will be pretty popular.
