As an individual who's had trolls coming after me before in the past, I say this to you: never let the vile words of one with nothing decent to say influence what you love to do.

Considering her comments and her journal entries, she's not a person to be reasoned with - the old saying "you can't reason with a fool" very much in effect here.
I'd say follow the advice of your friends; block her and report her to Deviantart. If she comes back, do the same - DA can even block IP addresses of certain individuals to stop them coming back if they just make account after account to attack someone so she won't get far. Besides, in the words of Norman Vincent Peale , "Part of the happiness of life consists not in fighting battles, but in avoiding them. A masterly retreat is in itself a victory."
Finally, as it says on my profile page:

Personally, I would stay put on this one as a show of strength and a non-verbal message to the bully that she's not going to push you around, but if been on this account really makes you feel uncomfortable to the point where you want to start over, then fair enough.
Just make sure when you start your new account that you add her name to your 'blocked' list immediately so she's automatically barred from causing issues again.
