That's cool!^^ I think I might be pretty good with languages, too. Not only did I give myself a four year head start teaching myself Japanese, I also applied that knowledge to my university Japanese class and I currently outdo the so called "experts" (besides the teacher and previous studens of course). I am also doing this while learning new vocabulary and kanji.lol

Haha, I know. I get the same reation every time I discuss this with others. I find it pretty moderate in difficulty since I am motivated by the Japanese games I download and future ones I want to purchase, -plus other media. It would be very nice to finally understand these things the way they were meant to be presented without mistranslations and things of the sort.^^

Don't worry. I also have similar folks in my class. The thing about me though is that I began trying my hardest to study Japanese, at least the writing system, some grammar, and some vocabulary, back in 2007 when I was in 9th grade. I constantly try to do at least a little review of what I know which is when games like "My Japanese Coach" can help for example or even changing the audio and/or text in "Sonic Adventure 2: Battle" or something. I just trained myself to get used to the language for about 4 years prior to the class (thank God).

It just takes time if you really want to study Japanese. You shouldn't rush these things.;3
