Well, I love forced feminization and big hairdo so...
Maybe a guy gets trapped in a game that his little sister play, a sort of makeover flash game or stuck as a model in an hairdresser flash game. He undergo some makeover at the hand of his little sister (but remained a boy were it count, just with girl make up hair and clothe) and maybe it can continue in a Sims like game after he get dolled up. The point is that in the game he can't control himself and his sister make him like a very girly girl 😍 something like that would be awesome 😉
