I know, I've applied to places I don't even want to because I'm on a deadline for moving into my first apartment! The job market here sucks so badly right now that it can take people over 6 months to get a job in retail let alone a good job!

i think most people don't understand that their acting style is just different, and what we think is over the top is just how they do it and they're great at it! i think most american actors aren't as expressive as bollywood actors

You are so right. Seriously, I feel the exact same way about the whole thing. At the same time it is frustrating because Japanese movies are kind of like Bollywood movies too, and yet so many more people embrace those movies and act like they are more normal. xD It doesn't make much sense to me, but pfff.
No, a lot of American actors aren't, and the ones that are either don't get many parts or have already had their time. Like the older movies that were in black and white. They still had the style of moving that dated back to before films had sound. So it was all about expressions and movements. And I think that bollywood kind of caught onto the old style and kept it as their main style this whole time.
It is still such a shame that many Americans don't like them. I woukld love to have bollywood movies in the movie stores too. ;A;
