Honestly I wouldn't really recommend referencing other artists' work, you won't really improve that way since you'll end up copying the other artist's mistakes (and trust me, I make a lot of mistakes XD) and obviously that wouldn't be good XD The best thing I could suggest would be to gather a bunch of real-life photos of the thing you want to practice drawing and copy those instead It's definitely best to learn to draw things realistically first. In regards to my artwork, I wouldn't mind if you wanted to use it for style studies or similar, but again I wouldn't recommend using it for reference. If you DID use it for anything like that though I'd really appreciate it if you credited me and linked back to my DA page. Thank you ^3^

I was in the Paris metro and as I was going through a ticket barrier someone bumped into me from behind. I'd already seen people trying to sneak through the barriers without a ticket by running through after someone else so I didn't think much of it, but whoever they were must have unzipped the front pocket of my bag, grabbed my phone, and zipped it back up again without me noticing. I didn't even see them. I sat down to wait for the train and went to pull out my phone, and it wasn't there.

Dang, that sucks. That’s why I’d never feel comfortable with putting important stuff like that in a bag unless I keep it held in front of me, otherwise it’s in my pants pocket. I can at least keep my hands there if I’m in a place I don’t feel comfortable in.

Yeah. I'd normally do that except the outfit I was wearing had no pockets XDD Curse women's clothes, and doubly curse my choice of clothing for that holiday, although it was very practical and kept me nice and cool on hot days!
