Yo just wondering, can you fill in the blanks?
Habitat: Deserts with large, juicy cacti. If there isn't enough cacti around, or the cacti isn't juicy enough, you will have a tough time finding them.
Habitat 2 (aka home) :
Diet: They try find a gigantic cactus filled with plenty of juice and lay next to it whenever it's thirsty. It's fur will automatically suck in a reasonable amount of juice into itself and then feed the cactiomia. Otherwise, they will eat the sand. Though, it tastes very rank on their taste buds, because its not a normal diet any animal would have. So they only eat some of the sand, leaving them starving afterwards.
Looks: Cat with cacti-looking adaptions and _____________________________________________________________________.
Adaptions: Short-fur (to resist heat), super hard skin that resists most cacti spikes
Fun fact 1: They smell like cacti so that its harder to tell where the cactiomia is within the cacti

Looks: Cat with cacti-looking adaptions and their fur is within a large variety of greens. Their fur also has a variety of intricate patterns, which are associated with different species of cacti. During the spring and summer, flowers may grow on the cat’s fur. It’s claws mimic cactus spines, and are retractable, like a house cat’s. “Branches” grow from their shoulders and tail. The older the cactiomia is, the more branches it has. Kits have stubby little tails, which will grow as time passes. A typical adult cactiomia has 6-10 tails. If the cactiomia is healthy, their tails stick up. If they are ill, they tend to droop down.
Fun fact 3: Similarly to cacti, cactiomias can thrive without water for days.
Fun fact 4: As they are apart of the feline family, they seem to be nocturnal, and are rarely seen in the daytime.

What if, if we let other people make their own Cactiomias, instead of calling it MYO, we could call it “Grow your own cactiomia”?

Maybe, but waiting for cactiomia to 'grow' would take awhile and people could be impatient if that's what you mean.
We could make it so that they have to get 200 'Cacti'. So basically, they are requested to draw both of our OC's. Depending on what they draw is what they get. Headshots only give you 100 Cacti, but a Full body will get you 200 Cacti, so you can get up to 400 Cacti easily straight off the bat. So they will have to buy a Cactiomia off of us for 200. But we have to make the design.
However, if they pay 400 Cacti, they can choose basically the whole design. If they cant think of a design, we'll surprise them until they think its good enough.
Simpler form for headshot thing, aka a example: If they draw a headshot of your OC Ruby (I think that's the name) And my OC.. Uh, Beetleclaw, they get 200. (100 per head shot)
Simpler form for full body thing, aka a example: If they draw a full body of your OC Ruby And my OC Beetleclaw they get 400 (200 per full body)
so you cant get away with only.. lets say Ruby if you draw a headshot. But on the full body side, you can.
So whaddya think? set in stone, or any other suggestions?

o btw about the coloring, if they buy a color chooser for 10,000 cacti, they can change the color and make the design more complex, but they cant change the design. Lets say you give them a purple-spotted green cactiomia. If they buy a color chooser, they cant change the spots into stripes, but they may change the spots into dapples, since they're basically the same thing. and you can also move the spots. That make sense?

Hm that’s a lot of Cacti
Maybe changing the currency name to a less confusion-causing name? Because cactiomias live in cacti and have cacti basically growing on them lol
Since there are different species of cacti, we could base the designs of the cactiomias off of them and make some less common than others. Like some of the common variants of cactiomias are based off of Saguaros, Blue Myrtles, and Cholla cacti, and some of the less common/rarer would be Golden barrels and Prickly pears.
The color chooser sounds pretty cool!!

I searched up rice puff and I regret it because it made me draw a rice puff cat called Muri (Muri is a type of puffed grain) and its making me tempted to literally make rice puff cats. God damnit.
