I JUST FINISHED THE PRELUDE! YAY!
Here is the link if you wanted to see it. It shows a little bit of how Grace feels before the BLU team massacre. You can see how her team treats her, and how she feels about them. You can also see how the RED team treats her. Oh, and if you want to know a secret, one of the RED team members likes her. It's a team mate other than Alexander. True he developes a love for her later on, but that is later when he meets her in chapter two which you have read. Somebody in the prelude likes her and finds her attractive. Of course she doesn't feel the same. You can take a guess if you want. For the record, the prelude has nothing to do with the BLU team massacre. It's just a past fight. Also if you want to know what class Samuel is, I will tell you.

If I told you why her whole team is ignoring her, that would give away alot more. As for the spy and sniper, one of the two has a crush on her, and has sort of fallen in love with her. You can take a gues of which one of you want.
