Sweet got it. 
I was looking up why it wasn't working on my part and found it was because I haven't bought any games yet.
guess thats just how steam works,

I want to make a gaming channel yeah. I feel like it can help me in a lot of ways, plus its just fun to play games, play with friends, and clip them into something funny.
