Also how do you make it look more like an anime style

I have an great idea:Make an new crossover fan battle.
The story is under Sonic,Ryu,Ichigo,Saber and Batman on great jornuey for save
the Nimue (Amy Rose) from the villians Aizen,Ganondorf and Scorpion.
Then ready for the ultimate battle,but an new powerful and rageful has appers.It's Akuma in
Perfect Form.
But the heroes never give up and united the vilians to confront the Akuma

you mean like overlaying them on top? I guess you could use photoshop/gimp and place the background on one layer and the characters on a layer on top, if thats what you mean ...
