Whereas I stopped getting my Notifications flooded with "hurr-durr-atheism-is-da-grate" annoyances - which did NOT address the topic I was raising in my threads, but instead threw ad hominem avalanches all over me "just because they can".

Or you can be an adult and simply ignore the responses that you deem trollish. TimeHasAnEnd used to constantly flood my inbox with little more than half baked insults that fail basic grammar. I never responded to them, and eventually I simply blcked him. He went through a period of badmouthing me to people I was having discussions with until he eventually stopped all together. I dealt with my troll, and I did so without running away from the forums.
You brought the trolls upon yourself by constantly making your childish little call out threads hoping that you can get the forum community to gang up on someone you didn't like over what was typically someing superficial. That made you little more than a schoolyard bully. That and your tendancy to insult the religious beliefs of others while whining about how no one respects your religious belief. As much as you want to deny it, you are still a troll. And a hypocrite at that.

Blocking is a good idea in general, but I don't want to look like a hypocrite when I complain about others blocking me - and I still stand by the point that blocking DOES NOT solve the actual issue whatsoever, it just raises a temporary wall between two enemies.

My blocking of Timey was justified in that it did not arrise out of meer difference of opinion but rather a constant bombardment of nothing more than personal insults that continued even though I simply kept on deleting them without responding or even reading them most times. The wall is not temporary if you never unblock them. Timey has no control over me, even with his feeble attempts to get my attention after the blocking.
You have the power to simply ignore those you deem as trolls, but interestingly enough you go out of your way to seek their attention. Case in point- reading my threads and responding to those you have regarded as trolls. It is like you enjoy the negative attention but don't want to admit that is what you seek. You complain about the trolls even though you go out of your way to feed them and even act like a troll yourself which garners you even more negative attention. And at the hieght of your last call out thread's popularity, you purposfully kept the thread opened even though you claimed to have wanted it shut down and proclaimed that you would cease posting on the forums to wait for the negative comments to slowly die down. But, if you really wanted it to stop, you could have easily and at any time closed down the thread yourself. You even continue to engage with me even though nothing we are talking about has anything to do with the inspired thread.
Everything you do affectively contradicts your stated desires. How do you justify yourself?

There are only two subsets of "religion" that I mock:
a. Fanfiction based on fanon assumptions - like Christianity and Islam basing their MOST BASIC ideas on Judaism, while utterly ignoring OTHER BASIC ideas of that very Judaism.
b. Atheism's denial of being exactly as much "belief-based" as ANY other "religion" - with their "god" being "the denial OF God", and their "scripture" being all the unprovable pseudo-science like "evolution" and its causal off-shoots like "billions of years".
I hardly ever mock stuff like Hinduism or general Polytheism - even though those are much more "foreign" and "not tolerated" as far as monotheism goes.
