There should be more pictures of them together as a family with the Professor and older Luke

Oh ok we'll see - I do write fanfics but I just haven't put any up online for awhile because of laziness or self consciousness haha. And thanks, I'll read the one you linked me to. And oh man the mystery about the mom!! I hope there's some hints given about her in the next Mystery Room game -_-' And I hope the Professor, Flora and Luke appear in that game too!! Or at least just the Professor in his old age still solving mysteries that leave others scratching their heads hopelessly - I'd pretty satisfied with that.

ok I understand, but if you ever do, i'll definitely read it!
I hope that there will be another game, i'd be satisfied with pretty much anything (sequel, prequel, random mysteries.. ), but I don't think there
will be one..it would be so awesome to see the layton gang all grown up and grampa-layton omg!!   some people say alfendi was probably adopted, but i don't think so, i mean, what are the odds that a genius like layton finds a kid unrelated to him that's also a genius!?  i can't understand how some layton-fans don't like mystery room.....

I was kinda sad when I finished playing Azran legacy, since the creators said that was gonna be the last game with the Professor as the protagonist  But I was happy enough even with the hint of the Professor at the end of Mystery Room - and the appearance of the older Barton as the Commissioner! Not bad for someone who always used to get yelled at by Chelmey   Yeah I think it's quite likely that Alfendi is his biological son - I guess those other fans just want the old game play back? The Layton series and Mystery Room are quite different in that sense, which i don't mind - but I just wish Mystery Room was longer!

Oh yes, especially because at the end they showed the first scene of curious village and I just remembered that they have a lot of adventures ahead of them and I did get quite emotional But there's also so much that I'd like to know, like, what happened after Luke's letter in the end of unwound future (a game i do not talk about because it caused me a mental breakdown...) and what happened to Descole and Clive and Flora and idk But yeah, when we found out it was Hershel talking on the other end of the phone in mystery room I flipped out!
Probably, I hate those fans who don't like spin-offs/sequels to games if the gameplay is different (like with the Resident Evil franchise..), mystery room is not Professor Layton and they should stop comparing those 2 games, Mystery Room was a great stand-alone spin-off and whether you're a fan of Professor Layton or not you can enjoy it  
The last case took me and my friend soooo loong to solve!!!! we did need about +/-8hrs to finish the game (we were also voice-acting, which made it even better ), that's why it didn't seem too short for me

Yes they do argh   I know right haish. I'm especially curious about Descole - what happened to him during that later trilogy? And Flora too since hopefully the Professor is still her guardian right? And I'm sure Luke would come by to visit them in London at some point in the future. Clive should be out of prison by Mystery Room - hopefully he's doing ok now? And yeah, comparing things is never a fair thing. For me it's when people complain about things like games, comics or books and their movie versions. You should be able to enjoy each of them on their own - it's downright difficult to make adaptations be perfect so what the heck at least they made an effort right? I play the Ace Attorney series so I think because of practice on that one I found the last case to be ok to solve?   Oh, were you guys voice-acting for the characters at the same time?? That's cool

And it was mentioned that he had a daughter that died...wHAT!? I wanna know more about that too!!
I really love the idea of Flora as Alfendi's older sister and Luke as an 'uncle'
Oh I need to play the Ace Attorney series too!! I am almost done with Professor Layton VS Phoenix Wright and it is awesome! I love Phoenix and Maya, they are such adorable dorks !!
Yeah it was really funny, we gave characters like that 'El Diablo' kiddo stupid voices and accents, it made the game at least 20%better

I know right! They didn't expand on that bit sheesh. Haha yeah. I read a fic where Alfendi calls Luke for advice on how to court Lucy   Layton vs Phoenix is awesome!! I was playing that to the end rather than revising for my exam   Yeah you should definitely give AA a try, all the games are pretty awesome and the characters are just so funny
