It is actually a song haha. Translation would be 123 (la cay di) what is it? (la cay nay) this is it. It's off a annoying vietnamese radio station called little saigonradio radio, which would be my name also.

There is this annoying vietnamese radio station my parents used to listen to. It was called little saigon radio. So I took up the name. hah.
