Well you should be pleased to hear I got a flat-screen TV today. Vizio, 22 inch, very pretty all around. I'm getting back to school tommorow and should hit Walmart for MW3 within a day or three of that. So yeah, rejoice, we'll be able to MW fangirl very soon. x3

I blinked.


"How's that possible?" I nearly whispered the question. The very thought of that... it just doesn't seem possible. Even on the brink of death, he always seemed... invincible. Like he made a deal with the devil and could never die... but...

Nikolai took my hand. "It was Makarov, Alex. He knew they were going to be there. He had planted explosives in the tower Yuri and Soap were in. They jumped out onto some scaffolding before the explosion, but... Soap landed wrong."

He kissed my hand. But I couldn't even get warm feeling from it, my chest was so tight, I couldn't breath. I wanted to say something but my throat was closed shut. In my mind I was so disgusted.


He fell out of a building and he landed wrong? What kind of death was that?

Soap MacTavish didn't die in the heat of battle. Captain Johnathan MacTavish wasn't even shot. He didn't die a crotchety old man like Price in his bed. He's been in this since the beginning of the entire war, and has survived everything thrown his way. While everyone else died around him, like a God he rose up and kept going. Riding on pure luck and skill alone.

But his luck had finally run out. And he didn't even die in blazing glory like he so much deserved. Captain John MacTavish died because he landed wrong while falling off a building.


"He didn't deserve that kind of death." I choked out as he pulled me into his arms. "This has got to be a sick joke."

Nikolai just held me and stroked my back. It felt so nice...

I felt sick.


"I've always been left behind..." I looked up at him and I could feel myself about to cry. "I've lost all of them."

"You still have Price." He said, trying to comfort me. "And you still have me..." He whispered 'me.' It made my cheeks warm. It made the everywheres tingle.


I just nodded. And pulled him into a kiss. A really, really strong kiss. A pent up emotions kind of kiss that leads to extremely passionate 'in the moment' kind of moments. Like pulling off shirts and unbuttoning pants.


I lost my Roach. I lost my Ghost. I lost Captain MacTavish. I lost my entire 141.

You still have me.

And even in the all of the sadness and loneliness that comes from all the stupid motherfucking death, that one thought... I don't know. It made me feel...


"I want you." I whispered against his lips. "I need you."

We're fucking alive and it's not fair how much we've lost.


It made me feel like saying crazy things I hope to high hell that I don't regret tomorrow morning.

"I need you too." He growled as he pressed me, quite amazingly roughly, against the wall. And we resumed our kissing. HIs hands skirted over my skin and they were so hot... "For so long."

"Take me." I almost whispered. Almost not wanting him to hear. But I so wanted him to do it.

But he definitely heard it.


He picked me up bridal style and carried me quickly to his room just down the hall.

He threw me onto his bed and pulled the rest of whatever clothing we had off. He tossed his radio onto the table, then hurriedly joined me.

"Alexandrine I've wanted you since the day I've met you." He murmured, his hands cupping my face and kissing me so gently I wanted to die.

My fingernails dug into his back as our kiss grew hotter. "Don't leave me." I whimpered.

"I never will." I didn't even care if he was lying to me. It just felt so nice to hear him say it.

I rolled us over so that I was on top. I wanted to control this. I needed to control something. And Nikolai seemed very willing to accept it.


"I love you, Alexandrine." He held my hips as I guided him in. My heart beated like a fucking drum as I leaned down to kiss him.

As I said before, saying crazy things I hope I don't regret tomorrow.

"I love you too."
